There are Now More than Five Million Job
Openings in America - The number of people hired
in the U.S. climbed to 5.15 million in December 2014,
the most since November 2007. Even with the gain, an
increase in the number of unfilled openings indicates
companies are having trouble finding qualified help -
and that wage gains are almost certainly on the way.
