Looking for Great Pay and Benefits? Our Lead Drivers earn $60,000 per
year (salary, paid weekly, 52 weeks per year) plus miles/moves bonuses.
Four great hiring options, depending on your level of experience.
Option 1:
If you have a Class A CDL with three years or more good driving history
and significant household or piano moving experience, you can begin
earning $60,000 per year (paid weekly). Your first trip will be with a current
crew leader who will determine your skill level and train you in handling
your paperwork along with moving/padding methods.
Once on your own, bonuses begin based on miles traveled and pianos moved.
Option 2:
If you have a Class A CDL with three years or more of good driving history
(but little moving experience), you can begin earning $50,000 per year
(paid weekly) plus driver bonuses during training. You will work with a
current crew leader. Training can take as little as four weeks to as long as
three months. Crew leader positions are also currently available.
Option 3:
If you have a Class A CDL with little experience, driver/helper positions
pay $40,000 per year (paid weekly). Driver training is based on your ability
and performance. You will work with a crew leader until they feel you are
ready to advance. Bonuses are available as your ability increases.
Option 4:
If you have a Class A CDL permit or can get one in 30 days, helper positions
pay $100 to $150 per day. Training for your CDL is available at no charge to
worthy helpers.
Bonuses:
Lead drivers can make as much as $30,000 per year in bonuses, while
co-drivers
can earn up to $15,000 extra per year.
Compensation:
Up to $65K paid weekly, plus bonuses. All employees enjoy paid health
insurance benefits after 90 days of employment. Our savings plan pays
5% on any amount you wish to save. Payroll is weekly, and directly
deposited into your account.
