Premier Parking, a dynamic, fast-paced company, is searching for a Assistant Operation Managers for Pinellas and Hillsborough county locations. We are a successful growing company that promotes from within. Our company is Tampa-based with accounts nationwide. We thrive on customer service and look for managers that are hands on and understand they will train and work with employees out in the field and not be sitting in an office behind a desk!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the valet operations at client accounts including recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling employees and managers
• Cash and Payroll auditing as well as budget responsibilities
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Complete and submit accurate and timely weekly report as required
• Develop new procedures to enhance daily operations
• Track inventory supplies
• Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management expectations
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments and coordinate for daily and weekly meetings
• Continuously focused on revenue improvement and develop make recommendations to management for new procedures to enhance daily operations and increase revenue
• Forecast local events in and around Tampa Bay, and surrounding areas.
• Format manager's schedule to meet the needs of the events for the week
• Meet with clients to adjust staffing needs and gauge service levels
• Prepare and adhere to budget guidelines for each department manager to control cost and minimize issues
• Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management expectations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of management experience - preferable in hospitality or a service related industry. All positions will require you to work hand in hand with the employees and lead by example!
• Experience managing other managers and supervisors
• Experience supervising 20 or more employees o Experience in developing and managing budgets
• Experience with HR, recruitment, training and planning
• Strong leadership skills o Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Must be pro-active , self starter who is able to work independently
• Exceptionally focused, organized, flexible o Strong, outgoing, Type A personality, with the ability to motivate others
• Must have EXCELLENT knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Availability to work when needed based on the demands of the facility
• Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS!!! THIS POSITION IS NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS!!! MON TUES WED THURS FRI SAT SUN Available all times events are taking place
