Finally, a Career Fair event that's worth your while! You're invited
to attend the veterans' employment event of the season - the
"Charlie Mike" Career Fair and Civilian Boot Camp, produced by
We Hire
Heroes, LLC.
You'll meet with dozens of local veteran-friendly employers,
eager
to make you their next immediate hire!
Plus, we're taking things to the next level by including
several
Civilian Boot Camp classes throughout the day:
1) How to become a "re-civilianized" veteran, not just an
ex-military individual.
2) The 7 Deadly Life-traps that have the power to derail
your
plans - permanently.
3) How to use a job board the right way and land the job
you really want.
(Hint: 90% of veterans
get it wrong!)
4) How to literally take the pain out of bad memories -
with no
pills, no drugs, and without going through years

What does "Charlie Mike" mean?
The term CHARLIE MIKE is military code for "Continue Mission",
or "the Mission Continues." It’s about Never Giving Up until
you
hear the words MIKE CHARLIE (Mission Complete) and BRAVO
ZULU (Well Done).
How are your "Charlie Mike" Career Fairs different
from the "Bravo Zulu" Career Fairs?
The Charlie Mike events are held in larger
spaces such as
major hotels and convention centers. They
are designed
to accomodate larger employers with Human
Resource
departments. They attract much larger crowds,
and
because the jobs tend to be more corporate, the hiring
process is usually more complex and tends to take longer.
The Bravo Zulu events are held in smaller venues, usually
veterans' organizations like American Legion or VFW posts.
They are designed primarily for small and veteran-owned
businesses that only need to hire 1 or 2 veterans, and are
prepared to hire immediately or very shortly after the event.
